I had a wonderful time teaching at Dr. Segal and Dr. Iyer's orthodontics office last night. (Number one "Invisalign" Premier Providers)
The favorite tip of the participants was having a healthy smoothie for a for breakfast in the car.
So here is one of my favorite nutrition packed recipes.
HLW Strawberries ‘n’ Cream Protein Power Drink
6 ounces of vanilla almond milk 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of essential fatty acid blend
2 to 4 ounces of coconut milk 1 scoop of protein powder
7 frozen strawberries 1 scoop super green food
Vanilla to taste 1 scoop stabilized rice bran powder

What is Healthy Food?
Eating healthy food is a lot easier than you might think.
The first step is to choose something from all three food groups EVERY TIME you eat.
As long as your healthy meal includes a complex carbohydrate (vegetable, fruit, bean or whole grain), a lean protein ( organic egg, organic dairy, meat, poultry or fish) and a good quality fat (avocado, seeds, nuts, olive oil, or organic butter) there is no need to count calories.
Seem too simple?
This is just the beginning.
Think of it as kindergarten food choices.
Just try it and let me know if your sugar cravings disappear, energy is increase and body weight begins to decrease.
Try this High Level Wellness salmon recipe over simple brown rice with a side salad.
